火袋_hibukuro (15㎝丸型)

提灯製作時に使用する型をモデルとしたバッグ『火袋_hibukuro』を生み出しました。

提灯は主に、竹、麻糸、和紙、のり(小麦由来)の自然素材でできております。
この『火袋_hibukuro』も提灯同様、綿100%生地、竹(ロープ止め)で製作し、自然素材にこだわりました。

内ポケットにスマートフォンを入れてライトを点灯させると、柔らかくほのかな光が内側から洩れ、その姿はまるで提灯のように温かく灯ります。

『火袋』とは提灯の和紙の覆ってる部分のこと。から
『火袋』と名付けた。

I focused a bag that people in the world would have with them in their daily life.

Bag can be used in various situation, such as job, school and when going out.
Thus, I want bag to motivate us, make us happy by being us all the time.

JINAN produced a bag named “hibukuro” from wooden mold of Japanese lantern.

Chochin is made from bamboo, hemp yarn, washi paper and wheat-originated glue.
I put a high value to be used natural materials for bag, as same as Japanese lantern, such as 100% cotton fabric, hemp rope, bamboo brace.

It lights gently through fabric when you put your smartphone in the inner pocket of hibukuro, just like Japanese lantern.

Name of hibukuro comes from another name of lantern, which covers main fire or candle.

Why don’t we be healed by gentle light of hibukuro apart from smartphone?
